Prices and Services
Prices are rounded off the nearest euro and include all taxes taxis transfers chauffeur-driven cars placed at your disposal. They include the driver service, unlimeted guests insurance coverage according to the french regulation of public transportation, gasoline, maintenance of the car and motorway toll charges for a predefined itinerary within the framework of vehicle provision. All other motorway and toll charges, parking charges and other miscellaneous costs will be invoiced in addition.
Payment for services
Invoices are payable on completion of each operational service. For long term services, payment may be made in instalments. For any order for an amount over €2000, an advance payment of 50% will be required.
Pay Safely
For the safety of your payments we use Paypal and more, the solution of credit card payment developed by our Paypal bank.
Use of the service
No smoking is allowed in the vehicles. Any damage caused to a vehicle by the customer will be invoiced. All luggage or any other item belonging to the customer is the responsibility of the passenger concerned.
Quantity of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the car. Price does not include the use of the car téléphone .Baby and child seats are available on request free of charge.
Airport arrival allow the first hour waiting time complimentary.
Cancellation ans noshow
All booking cancellations must be notified 48hours before the start of the service; if necessary, 30% of the order amount will be invoiced.
Claims/Complaints
Any complaints or claims must be formulated within eight days of the event concerned; after this period they can no longer be taken into account due to the impossibilty to get necessary elements from drivers.
In the event of litigation “le Tribunal de Commerce de Paris” is the only court will have sole jurisdiction.
